This is an actual plot opportunity available to qualified Summoned. Hayle University is a prestigious school even outside the Kingdom of Thorne and attending for any classes would be considered a high honor. Generally, Thorne will only send Summoned they consider trustworthy to the crown and with the academic skill to perform well in Hayle.

However, this is a long-term commitment and would mean that characters would relocate to Hayle for the time being. Characters would be mostly isolated from other Summoned for in person interactions (unless they are not the only Summoned attending Hayle University). They would have time to visit Castle Thorne and Nocwich once a month for a weekend, but they always have the Horizon. Exceptions would be granted for quests.
