ACTIVITY REWARDS ◎
Activity Rewards
Activity Rewards are a points-based optional system for in-game perks. The main Activity Check is not affected by this system. Activity Rewards are bonus rewards that players can "purchase" for their characters.
Note that the emphasis in this game is still on plot engagement. Unique items of value, plot-significant items, new spells or powers, earning a reputation, and more will remain dependent on your character's participation and interactions with the setting. Activity Rewards are designed to grant particularly active players a little something extra.

Requested rewards will be processed during the Activity Check period of that month.
How It Works
Reward Costs
Each bonus thread that meets the criteria is worth 1 point. You may gather up these threads at any time and submit them on this page for a purchase. Only one reward can be obtained per month. Additionally, higher tier rewards have a longer wait time before you can obtain another reward under that same tier.
Submitted threads must fall under the following requirements:
Submitted threads must fall under the following requirements:
◎ Must have at least 6 comments from your character. Comment count only applies to bonus threads being used for Activity Rewards. The main Activity Check has no comment count requirement. In summation, any thread that has 6 or more comments and has not been used for an Activity Check in the past counts as 1 point. Once you've collected enough threads, or "points", you can submit them to make your purchase.
◎ The starting top level or log post can be counted towards one thread to make up the 6 comments. You cannot count it towards multiple threads replied to underneath.
◎ TDM and inbox threads are acceptable. Network-style comment spam threads can be used, but how many can be included in the points total will depend on the tier. The rest must be log-style threads. See Reward Tiers below for details.
◎ Submitted threads can be from any time before the last day of the current month as long as they have not been used for the main Activity Check. This applies to entire logs or top levels that have been linked during the Activity Check. This means you can submit threads from as long as a year ago if you want.
◎ Each thread can only count toward one point for purchase. You may not split up a long thread for additional points.
Reward Tiers
Rewards are divided into 3 tiers. Higher tier rewards will require more points as well as have a longer wait time in between rewards obtained under the same tier.
◎ TIER 1: 5 points. Only 1 network-style thread can be counted towards the total points required. For example, a player can submit threads for one character worth 30 points to obtain a Tier 3 reward in June, then next month in July submit threads worth 10 points to obtain a Tier 2 reward. They must wait 6 months total to obtain another Tier 3 reward and 3 months total to obtain another Tier 2 reward for that same character and thus would not be able to request any additional Tier 2 or Tier 3 rewards in August. However, they could submit for a Tier 1 reward in August and another Tier 1 in September. By October (3 months), they would be able to submit for another Tier 2 reward. Exceptions will be noted in the reward description itself.
◎ TIER 2: 10 points. Rewards under this tier can be obtained once per 3 months. Only 2 network-style threads can be counted towards the total points required.
◎ TIER 3: 30 points. Rewards under this tier can be obtained once per 6 months and only after the character has been active in-game for at least 3 consecutive months. Only 4 network-style threads can be counted towards the total points required.
Obtaining Rewards
To obtain a reward, fill out the form provided and submit it with the current Month in the subject header.
Rewards can be requested at any time, but will be processed only at the end of each month, during the main Activity Check period. Once your request is approved, you can enjoy your reward immediately!
You may link an entire top level or log post instead of each thread individually for larger purchases. If you do, tally the number of applicable threads within the top level or log next to the link for us to see. Additionally, if you link a full log post or top level, no additional threads within that top level or log can be used in future rewards. If you want to split up the threads within a log or top level to receive different rewards, you must link each thread within them individually.

Receiving Rewards In-Game
In-game, if the reward is an item, characters will find it bestowed upon them without warning. It'll appear to them in their home, where they work, or just while they're walking. If they ignore the item, it will appear before them consistently until it's accepted. Characters may even feel a strange pull or draw to the object, as though they know it's theirs - and the moment they pick it up, they will gain an instinctive understanding of what it is and how to use it, much like how characters have an instinctive understanding of how to shape their domain in the Horizon or how to use a new ability gain.
Rewards List
Below is a list of potential rewards players can obtain for their characters. Rewards under the same tier cost the same amount and higher tiers may have additional restrictions on how often a reward can be obtained within a single tier.
A maximum of one reward total across all tiers can be obtained per month per character.
Tier 1 Rewards
◎ Rewards in this tier cost 5 points
◎ Rewards in this tier can be obtained once every month
◎ Only 1 network-style thread can be counted towards the total points required

Reflecting Orb [ IMG ]
A translucent orb that displays one memory or scene that is important to your character, such as a favorite vacation spot or their first date. Characters cannot ICly choose which memory or scene is displayed, but players may of course do so! Additional "scenes" can be purchased for the same cost, which will cycle automatically in the orb. Characters can browse through scenes or pause and rewind them at will by swiping and touching. Tapping it twice will turn it on and off. When not in use, the orb will display a faint symbol of the character's Arcana sign.
Durability Draught [ IMG ]
Single-UseA durability potion that prevents one item of clothing from tearing or wearing down. Does not apply to armor.
Small Weapon
A small melee weapon of your choice, no bigger than a knife. This weapon will not break or require sharpening, but in return cannot be enchanted or otherwise enhanced in any manner. Please let us know what the weapon will be when making this purchase.
Travel Cloak of Comfort
This traveling cloak will keep the wearer warm or cool as needed depending on the temperature, so long as temperatures do not reach dangerous extremes - it is not an invincibility cloak! The cloak comes in a variety of styles and colors suited to the territory in which your character is residing when they receive it.
Infinite Dye [ IMG ]
Single-UseThis dye potion will grant one item of clothing the ability to change to any color based on the wearer's whims, as often as they like. Just imagine the desired color to make the change. If you've always wanted that dress in a dozen different colors, now's your chance.
Bag of Holding
Carry a full-sized pack worth of items in a small satchel. Only one bag of holding can be used or held at a time - characters who attempt to fill two or more at once will find the other bags of holding become a standard small satchel. Living creatures cannot be put in this bag, as they will not survive the magical compression.
Self-Playing Instrument
A handheld instrument of your choice, enchanted to play any song on the character's mind with a touch. The instrument will spin and float while it does so and give off a bright magical glow. Characters must have a relatively clear memory of the song they want, however, or else the instrument will play horribly off-key.
Refreshment Box
A plain medium-sized container made of polished wood that keeps food inside fresh and secure from nosy critters for up to 2 weeks. After that, the enchantment will wear off and the food inside will begin to rapidly spoil within 24 hours. The box will need to be emptied and recharge for 2 days before it can be used again.
Arcana Card
Single-UseA high-quality tarot card bearing your character's arcana that can be used to moderately boost a single spell or enchantment once. The card will dissipate when used. Will only work on Abraxan Magic, not canon abilities or powers. The back of each card contains a silhouetted symbol of the Singularity.
Tier 2 Rewards
◎ Rewards in this tier cost 10 points
◎ Rewards in this tier can be obtained once every 3 months
◎ Only 2 network-style threads can be counted towards the total points required

Portal Stone [ IMG ]
Single-UseThe portal stone will open up a portal to anyplace within the borders of the character's territory so long as the character has physically visited that place once before. It can be used again only to return to where the character originally left, but cannot be used to portal to a second location. Once the user has returned, the stone will shatter. Areas and other instances that prevent teleportation or portal abilities will apply to the portal stone. Only one person can use the portal stone.
Larger Weapon
A medium to large weapon of your choice, no bigger than a bow or a spear and excluding firearms. This weapon will not break or require sharpening, but in return cannot be enchanted or otherwise enhanced in any manner. In the case of a bow, additional arrows will still need to be obtained separately once expended, but the quiver will prevent the arrows from breaking while stored within it. Please let us know what the weapon will be when making this purchase.
Mutable Elixir [ IMG ]
Single-UseA potion of disguise that will change your appearance to all those who look upon you. An existing person cannot be mimicked or impersonated, but the potion will prevent the user from being recognized as themselves. Scent and voice cannot be changed, and must be disguised separately by the character. Lasts 8 hours.
Mirror of Retrieval [ IMG ]
Single-UseA pair of handheld mirrors through which two characters can pass one item to the other person holding the mirror. The item must be able to fit through the mirror itself. The glass will shatter upon the item successfully passing through. Both characters must be in the same territory and outside in the physical world.
Magnifying Glasses [ IMG ]
2 hour chargeA pair of enchanted glasses that let the wearer see details from a further distance away - similar to binoculars, but a bit more fashionable and hands-free. The enchantment wears off after 2 hours and they must be stored overnight in the special box they arrived in to recharge. Its magic is detectable for those who are looking for it, but otherwise they appear to be just a regular pair of sunglasses.
Gain Swap
Single-UsePlayers can choose one gain from their character and request to swap it to something else. This particular reward can only be obtained once every 5 months rather than every 3 months. OOCly, once the reward is approved, players can submit their new gain request during the next AC period and link to their purchase comment. In-game, characters will simply discover that they have gained a new ability or transformation at the expense of their former one.
Tier 3 Rewards
◎ Rewards in this tier cost 30 points
◎ Rewards in this tier can be obtained once every 6 months per character
◎ A character must be active in-game for at least 3 months to receive a reward in this tier
◎ Only 4 network-style threads can be counted towards the total points required

Amulet of Protection [ IMG ]
Single-UseThis amulet, when worn, will deflect a single killing blow or spell. The amulet will shatter upon being expended. It will not otherwise prevent injuries and cannot be used to heal or cure the dying, only to shield from a physical or magical strike.
Pocket Dimension [ IMG ]
One Per CharacterA round disc that opens up a pocket dimension which can store one item of a limited size. The item cannot be larger or heavier than what can reasonably be picked up or held by the average person. Once stored, the pocket dimension can be opened from anyplace and the item inside retrieved from anywhere within the physical world.
Can only be opened once per day and will stay open for 10 minutes before closing. It can only be accessed by the owner of the disc. Characters cannot own more than one pocket dimension - one per character only. People or living creatures also cannot be stored in here. Attempting to do so will cause the creature or person to bounce right back out.
Territory Door [ IMG ]
Single-UseA one-way portal that can take a character to another territory of their choice. Essentially functions as a method for players (and characters) to change territories. It cannot be used to go anywhere else and characters will arrive in the main city of each territory - in the Castle for Thorne, the Primary Settlement for Solvunn, and Cadens for the Free Cities.
Using this method will attract the attention of territory officials and locals around them. It will not be possible to slip past another territory's borders undetected. Characters may have to explain themselves and why they have chosen to change sides. Only characters who have been active in-game for at least 6 months may request this reward.
Those who jump territories too often may be cast under suspicion. We recommend discussing with the mods if you plan on having your character change territories more than once.
