By default, the options for the next round will be the same (welcomed vs imprisoned). However, this will depend on the direction our first batch of characters take the plot in and some may try to advocate for the prisoners to be released or get them in even more trouble.

If there are changes to the arrival scenario they will be outlined on the next TDM. Even if the arrival scenario changes, if you play on this TDM but opt not to apply this round you can still use any threads you've played as samples for your app next round.
