Yes, they would be open to befriending one of the Summoned. They are regular people underneath the cowl and armor. Some may be grouchy, some may like her. If she or you as a player has interest in using this going forward for influence or lore, please reach out to us on the plotting page. Otherwise you are free to handwave interactions with them as you would like.
