I just have a clarification request for flight rules. Fandaniel has the nerf that he cannot fly outside Free Cities: Should he attempt to fly beyond these confines, he may abruptly lose the ability entirely.

About that "entirely": Does this mean characters flying outside their faction permanently lose the ability to fly or that flight is just taken away for as long as they are in another territory? I wouldn't want him to be forever flightless but the idea of him plummeting out of the sky in foreign airspace is very funny.
