I know that a somewhat similar question has been asked above, but I was wondering what the policy is on allowing characters from ongoing canons who haven’t had their backstories fully revealed yet to app? For instance, in Senju’s case, ( Tokyo revengers manga spoilers following! ) there’s a fair bit we know about her backstory, but there’s several important details we don’t know about as well, such as her relationship with the one of her brothers / what’s going on with her parents, and it's difficult to say when those details will be revealed in the manga. I can give more information if needed!

I’m assuming that in her case, she wouldn’t be allowed because too much headcanon would be involved in filling in the blanks of her backstory / because the series she's from might contradict any backstory details made up for her later, so I absolutely understand if that’s the case! I'm willing to wait and app her later (when her backstory's been fully revealed) if needed. I also assume that giving characters a convenient dose of amnesia upon arrival to fix this problem wouldn't be allowed?? Thank you either way, and I hope I managed to phrase this question in a way that made sense!
