Oh, that's awesome that there's an option for him to grab some smaller/weaker crystals for Science.

The reason he's interested in these crystals is that he and Himeka were brainstorming ways that they could potentially return to their home star without losing their memories in the process. In their canon there is a precedent for using crystals as a vessel for memories that can they be viewed/felt, so they were wondering if the crystals in Abraxas could do the same.

I realize it's not likely they would work the same way at all, but they had to at least try/look into it. If he were to find a mage in Nott (or even ask other Summoned magic-users like Yennefer or Stephen), would they be able to tell him if there was any chance these crystals could serve such a purpose?
