Hello mods! I have a bit of a strange question. Henry's recently gotten some new canon material in the stage play release of Stranger Things: The First Shadow, which focuses on the tumultuous events that followed soon after he moved to Hawkins as a child.

While I don't think that a canon update is needed for new material that is added to a character's past (though feel free to correct me if I'm wrong), the play also expanded his ability set beyond what I wrote in his initial app more than a year ago.

It's just one or two things, but these are abilities that would definitely still be fun to play out, and I wasn't sure how to proceed with this re: updating the mods on these changes. Do I still need to apply for some kind of canon "update" for the sake of these powers before I play them out in a thread, or is that unnecessary?
