Hello! Legal offices do exist in the Free Cities, which employ barristers and solicitors. They advise people on legal matters and transactions such as contracts, property sales, and citizenship. Another Summoned, Matt Murdock, works at one such office as an assistant.

There are some differences between the 3 major cities. While these differences are minor on the surface, understanding them would be important for any legal work of significance. Someone would usually specialize in Cadens, Libertas, or Aquila if they're interested in offering quality and detailed services.

On their own time, characters can peruse public libraries and records to study. There's no official track to become a legal representative, but individual courses on certain regulations or even just learning about the history of the Free Cities may help. Soft skills in previous legal experience would also go a long way.

Since legal matters are mostly unregulated in the Free Cities, he could charge money without any certification required, but he'll need to be aware that he has competition from other established legal offices. Offering lower prices could help him gain some traction.
