Hi mods! what happens to non-medically-necessary augmentation or implants?

like, say. an injectable beacon in your brain that helps you translate other languages and read text too, (but notably, not speak them yourself) ... does it just disappear? is it there and just no longer working?

if its the former, does that mean summoned dont get to keep their boob job on arrival either...?
