(They can't; she can direct them to do a single task and then ignore them, but other than that task they won't do anything, and their energy comes from her so she can only maintain as many as she can keep up. She's ridiculously powerful for her canon so she can manage quite a few, but it's not like she can take over Thorne with her skeleton army.)
