However, she's definitely been a library nerd, showing interest in learning about the city, its history and culture, so may be better known by folks there.
During Eifstide however, she did help out thoe who were caught up in wraith attacks in Cadens, particularly fellow orphans and street rats, revealing her magical prowess in the process of saving others. However, facts tend to merge with fiction as they get passed along by word of mouth, and rumours of her actions have instead been spun into tales about a Nameless Girl With A Magical Book, rather than a Specific Mage Girl saving lives. (Rinwell is happy to let this lie, so long as things don't link directly back to her.) The street rat network is more likely to hold her in favour than any adult ones.
