River spends pretty much every day wandering the parts of Castle Thorne where she's allowed ( and probably trying to poke her head where she isn't ) to touch everything, people watch, and ask a million cryptic or confusing questions anytime someone spares her a moment. People might notice her as "that weird girl that's always barefoot and wandering around with her head in the clouds."
She also ran all over the kingdom during the wintertide event like a kid in a candy shop and gleefully accepted anything the natives offered for free, including riding the sleighs as many times as they would tolerate her for.
She's had two public outbursts that people might've noticed:
in the dining hall when her powers returned full swing after a week of blissful silence
on the island when her visions of the dead overwhelmed her, but she stubbornly refused to leave and begged the officials to at least let her help with the purification using Thorne's marbles
